Who we are
Not Bad Lighting is an architectural lighting studio. Write to us at info@notbadlighting.com.
When you visit
Our host, Vercel, keeps a technical record of each request for a limited time, to deliver the site and keep it secure: your IP address, your browser, the page asked for and the time. We do not use it to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
The site also keeps a few items in your browser that it needs to work. The cookie policy lists them.
When you write to us
The enquiry on this site composes an email in your own email application; the site sends nothing itself. While you fill it in, your answers stay in your browser until you close the tab, so a refresh does not lose them.
When you send the email, we receive what you chose to include, usually your name, your email address and what you tell us about your space. We use it to answer you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation or the project needs them, and longer only where tax or accounting law requires it.
Who else handles it
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site.
- The provider that hosts our email holds the messages you send us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Outside Europe
Vercel may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the United States, or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before.
Write to info@notbadlighting.com. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular where you live or work.
Children, security and changes
The site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
The site is served only over an encrypted connection.
When what we do changes, we update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
